With the recent tsunami of romance and litrpg spilling out into various categories on Amazon I decided to create this site because I wanted a place dedicated only to action/adventure books and to be able to sort stuff by decades and tropes. I didn’t find anything like that so I made it myself.
With this system using the sortable library you can easily find specific things whether you’re in a mood for a weird sci-fi story, a grimdark western, or a military portal fantasy. You can also discover more wild ideas, like vampires in space or a zombie novel set in Victorian England, for example.
( please be patient it’s big and take a few seconds to load the first time )
Dudesbooks is dedicated to men’s adventures, fantasy, science-fiction and urban fantasy with a focus on the more “pulpish” varieties like sword and sorcery, space adventures, weirdwest stories, hardboiled detectives, cyberpunk, noir fiction, post apo etc… as well as historical and military fictions
I’m also working on several litrpg categories so I can add some without them being mixed with the rest like on amazon.
There is also a tag to find recent novels and debuting authors
I’ll try to publish news about releases by indies and big authors, It started as a personal project to help me find my next book, obviously, I have not read all the 1500+ series and novels on the site so if you think one deserves a specific tag and doesn’t have it or have any suggestion about new books or tags don’t hesitate to come on the forum.
Important : about the missing covers in the library
Until now i used a plugin for the site that fetched the book covers directly from amazon but they decided to mess with the way they stock images so i’m going to have to get them all and stock them…
